uDress is a mobile-first fashion resale and rental platform built around a single category: dresses. The app connects local buyers and sellers, letting anyone post the dresses they no longer wear for sale or rent without paying commissions or listing fees on standard posts. Buyers can browse fresh listings every day and apply detailed filters (style, color, and size) to find exactly what they need for a wedding, a party, or any special event.
Once someone finds a dress they like, they message the seller directly through the built-in chat to work out the details, keep things private, and complete the sale on their own terms. Because standard listings carry no fees, it's easy for casual sellers to get started, which effectively turns a closet into a small storefront. The app runs on both iOS and Android, and it's made for fashion-conscious shoppers who care about sustainability and want an affordable alternative to fast fashion.
