Why we're doing this

Over the past decade, we've shipped 500+ products. Along the way, we've met hundreds of brilliant founders with product ideas they couldn't afford to build. Ideas that died in Notion docs. Ideas that never got their shot.

We have the team. We have the time. So we're giving away two MVPs every cycle — built end-to-end by the same engineers who ship for our enterprise clients. Consider it our contribution to the builder community.

The build

How 14 days unfold

Day 1

Kickoff call. We lock down scope, success metrics, and the one user flow that matters most.

Days 2–3

Design + architecture. You see wireframes by end of day 2.

Days 4–11

Build sprint. Daily Loom updates. You give feedback, we ship.

Days 12–13

Testing, polish, and your final review round.

Day 14

Deployment to staging. Code handover. Champagne (optional).
